How do I create my profile page?

Creating your profile is simple:

1. Click "Get started" and sign up with your email
2. Choose your username (this will be your papr.gg/username URL)
3. Add your profile photo and bio
4. Connect your Stripe account for payouts
5. Share your link and start receiving donations!

What do I need to get started?

You just need an email address and a way to receive payments (bank account or debit card) for your Stripe account. That's it! No business registration or special documentation required.

How long does setup take?

Most creators complete their setup in under 5 minutes. The Stripe account connection might take a bit longer if additional verification is needed, but you can start receiving donations immediately after.

How much does papr.gg cost?

papr.gg charges a 5% platform fee on each donation you receive. There are no monthly fees, setup costs, or hidden charges. You only pay when you receive donations. Stripe also charges their standard processing fees (around 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction).

When do I receive my money?

Payouts are handled automatically by Stripe. Standard payouts typically arrive in your bank account 2-7 business days after a donation is made. Some creators are eligible for instant payouts (same day) for an additional fee.

What payment methods do you support?

We support all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods available through Stripe in your region.

Can supporters donate anonymously?

Yes! Supporters can choose to donate anonymously. When they do, their name won't appear in your donation history, but you'll still receive the full donation amount.

Can I change my username?

Yes, you can change your username from your dashboard settings. Keep in mind that changing your username will change your papr.gg URL, so you'll need to update any links you've shared.

How do I customize my profile page?

Go to your dashboard and click on "Profile" to edit your bio, upload a profile photo, and customize your page description. Changes are saved automatically and appear on your public page immediately.

Can I temporarily disable donations?

Yes, you can pause donations from your dashboard settings. When paused, your profile page will still be visible, but the donation form will be hidden. You can re-enable donations at any time.

I'm not receiving donation notifications

Check your email settings in your dashboard and make sure notifications are enabled. Also check your spam folder - sometimes notifications can end up there. If you're still not receiving them, contact our support team.

Someone reported a problem donating to me

Most donation issues are related to payment method problems (expired cards, insufficient funds, etc.). Ask the supporter to try a different payment method. If the problem persists, they should contact their bank or card issuer.

I can't access my dashboard

Try logging out and logging back in. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot password" link on the login page. If you're still having trouble, contact our support team with your username or email.
